How the program works

Tell us your name, brokerage and city. We set up your partner profile and send you your link.
Share your link.
Put propsynk.com/r/yourcode in your closing email, your signature or a printed card. It never changes, so you print it once.
Your client sets up their rental.
They download the app and your code attaches when they create their account. Their first rental is free.
You’re rewarded when they stay.
When a client you referred pays for two consecutive Pro billing periods, you earn $20 CAD. Every fifth qualifying client adds a $50 CAD milestone bonus.
Only clients who create a new Propsynk account through your link count. The Propsynk team pays rewards out by hand.
What you’ll never see
Your client’s rent, tenants, screening reports and documents. The link introduces you, then gets out of the way.
There is no Realtor dashboard. Your name stays on the page they opened and in the “Referred by” line in their app’s profile settings.

Do I see my client's rental data?
No. Your link introduces you, and that's where it ends. Rents, tenants and documents stay between your client and Propsynk.
Does it cost my client anything?
Their first rental is free, forever. Pro is $29.99 CAD a month if they add a second rental.
What if my client uses Android?
Propsynk for Android is in closed testing. Your page lets them request an invite, and your code stays printed on it so they can enter it later.
Do I need to tell my client I'm rewarded?
Follow your regulator's rules on disclosing referral compensation. We suggest telling clients up front.
Which provinces does it suit?
The program starts with Realtors in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary. Clients in British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta get their province's official tenancy agreement. Clients elsewhere in Canada can still track rent and repairs and upload their own signed lease.
