What our guides are for
Propsynk publishes practical explanations of rental documentation and operating workflows. The goal is to help a reader understand a process, identify the records it produces and find the government source that governs it.
Propsynk provides general information, not legal, tax or professional advice. Rental rules depend on the province and the facts. Readers should confirm current requirements with the responsible government body or a qualified professional.
Our source hierarchy
For legal and regulatory claims, we prioritize consolidated legislation, regulations, official government forms, tribunal guidance and government program pages. We link directly to those sources wherever a guide depends on them.

Dates, updates and corrections
Each guide shows its publication date and, when materially reviewed or changed, an updated date. A source-review note means the linked sources were checked on that date; it does not promise that no authority changed afterward.
We update a guide when a source changes, a product claim changes or the existing explanation could materially mislead a reader. If a guide can no longer be maintained accurately, we will correct, consolidate, redirect or remove it.
Authors, expertise and product references
Guides identify their author and link to the About page. Harshdeep Singh is Propsynk’s founder and writes from product research with self-managing landlords and from reviewing the cited primary sources. He is not presented as a lawyer or government official.
When an article mentions Propsynk, the statement must match the shipped product. We do not claim that the software guarantees compliance, proper service, a successful screening decision or acceptance by a tribunal.
