Ontario uses its own Standard Form of Lease for most residential tenancy agreements signed on or after April 30, 2018, with listed exceptions. Propsynk supports the Ontario agreement workflow and electronic signatures.

Ontario government guidance says the standard lease is required for most residential tenancy agreements, but lists exceptions. It also states that all landlords and tenants listed as parties must sign, electronic signatures are permitted if both sides agree, and the landlord must provide a copy within 21 days after the tenant signs.
For many maintenance entries, Ontario guidance says a landlord must give at least 24 hours written notice with the reason, date and a specific entry time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Exceptions exist. Propsynk does not decide whether an entry is lawful or replace current Landlord and Tenant Board guidance.
Propsynk does not currently generate Ontario termination or rent-increase notices, including N-series notices. It is not a law firm and does not guarantee compliance, service or tribunal acceptance.

Does Propsynk support the Ontario standard lease?

Does Propsynk generate Ontario N notices?
No. Termination and rent-increase notices are not currently generated. Prepare and serve those through the current process required by Ontario and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Can an Ontario lease be signed electronically?
Ontario's guide says landlords and tenants can sign electronically if both agree. Propsynk uses DocuSign for the supported agreement workflow.
