The practical difference

Built around a tenancy,
not a spreadsheet.

General-purpose tools record tasks. Propsynk keeps each payment, repair, agreement and supporting document connected to the rental and tenancy it belongs to.

Start with the tenancy you already have

Add an address, tenant display name, monthly rent and next due date. Fill in dates, deposits, documents and invitations when you are ready.

Keep one accurate rent ledger

Record rent, partial payments, one-off charges and deposits with the dates and status that explain what actually happened.

Move repairs out of text messages

Tenants report issues with photos. Set priority, message in context, coordinate entry and assign a contractor through one timestamped request.

Screen before making the decision

Request credit, background and identity checks through SingleKey. Screening is priced per report and available on both Free and Pro.

Create supported provincial agreements

Generate supported government tenancy agreements for BC, Ontario and Alberta, send them through DocuSign and keep the signed copy with the rental.

Leave a usable tenancy record

On Pro, organize inspections, notices, receipts and supporting documents against the tenancy they belong to instead of rebuilding the history later.

Canadian coverage

One product.
Provincial boundaries made clear.

Rent tracking, repairs, screening, entry coordination, records and existing-tenancy setup work across Canada. Propsynk currently generates supported government tenancy agreements for British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta. Elsewhere, landlords add the tenancy and upload their own signed agreement.

Propsynk does not currently generate termination or rent-increase notices. Those must be prepared and served through the process required in the rental’s province. The software helps organize the resulting record; it does not guarantee legal compliance or tribunal acceptance.

Questions

Canadian landlord software,
answered plainly.

Who is Propsynk built for?

Propsynk is designed for Canadian landlords who manage their own rentals, especially owners with roughly one to ten units who need a simpler alternative to enterprise property-management systems.

Which parts of Propsynk work across Canada?

Landlords can add existing tenancies, track rent, coordinate repairs and entry, screen applicants and organize records across Canada. Generated government tenancy agreements currently cover British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta; landlords elsewhere can upload an existing signed agreement.

Does Propsynk replace a property manager or lawyer?

No. Propsynk is software for organizing rental operations and records. It is not a property manager, law firm or substitute for legal, tax or professional advice.

Can I use it for a tenancy that already exists?

Yes. Start with the address, tenant display name, monthly rent and next due date. Lease dates, deposits, documents and the tenant invitation can be added afterward.
