Is the free plan a trial?
No. Your first active rental is free forever, with no trial clock and no credit card required to start.
When do I need Propsynk Pro?
Pro is required when you want more than one active rental. It also adds records filed by tenancy, contractor booking and payment, and CSV exports.
Does Pro mean my portfolio is unlimited?
Pro removes the active-tenancy limit, but product limits of 50 properties and 500 units still apply. Propsynk does not charge a separate fee for each unit.
Is tenant screening included in the subscription?
Tenant screening is available on Free and Pro and is priced separately per report. The current price is shown before you confirm a screening request.
How is the iPhone subscription billed and cancelled?
The iOS subscription is billed through Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings, subject to Apple's billing and refund rules.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is a conversation for larger portfolios or teams renting on behalf of owners. It includes everything in Pro plus onboarding help; available terms depend on your needs.
