What can I see in a walkthrough?

Is it designed for BC rentals?
The app supports BC RTB-1 agreements, with RTB-26 appended for more than two tenants, deposit records and maintenance-entry coordination. Supported agreement workflows also exist for Ontario and Alberta.
Can I bring existing tenancies and signed leases?
Add each existing tenancy with its address, tenant display name, monthly rent and next rent due date. Upload the signed agreement later without sending it for new signatures. Rent tracking starts from onboarding; historical rent is not backfilled.
Does Propsynk collect monthly rent?
Propsynk tracks rent due dates and recorded payments. Tenants pay through your existing arrangements. Contractor payments are a separate workflow.
Does it replace brokerage trust accounting?
No. Propsynk organizes rental operations. Keep your existing brokerage accounting system and financial controls for trust accounts, reconciliations and owner disbursements.
