I already signed a lease elsewhere. Can I still use Propsynk?

Yes. Add the rental and tenant, enter the monthly rent and next due date, then upload the signed agreement when you are ready. You do not have to recreate the tenancy to start organizing it in Propsynk.

What does the first-tenancy offer include?

One active rental is free forever, with no credit card and no trial clock. It includes rent tracking, due dates and payment history, deposits, maintenance and tenant messaging, lease creation and e-signing, and documents. Screening is separately priced per report.

Does Propsynk collect rent?

Propsynk organizes rent due, payment history, partial payments and one-off charges. It is a rent record, not the rail that moves monthly rent between tenant and landlord.

Is Android available?

The iPhone app is live on the App Store. Android is in closed testing — add your email and we will send an invite to the test build. Use the Google account you sign in with on your Android phone, because that is the address Google Play sends the invite to.
