Terms of Use

By accessing or using propsynk.com (the "Site"), joining our waitlist, or otherwise interacting with Propsynk Inc. ("Propsynk", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Propsynk is a rental management software platform currently in pre-launch development. The Site serves as a landing page and waitlist registration tool. We do not currently offer a live software product to end users.

Access to the Propsynk application, when available, will be governed by a separate Subscription Agreement or End User License Agreement.

By submitting your email address on the Site, you are registering for our early access waitlist. This does not create a contractual obligation on Propsynk's part to provide you with access to the product, guarantee pricing, or commit to any specific launch timeline.

You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, federal, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any related systems
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam)
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or index any portion of the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, is the property of Propsynk Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

At this stage, the Site does not support user-generated content beyond waitlist submissions. Should you contact us via email or other channels, you grant us permission to use your feedback and communications to improve our product. We will not publicly identify you by name without your consent.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site.

Any information on the Site describing Propsynk's planned product features, pricing, or timelines is subject to change without notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROPSYNK INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at propsynk.com/privacy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Federal Incorporation (Canada) and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Federal Incorporation (Canada), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
