This Privacy Policy explains how Propsynk Inc. ("Propsynk", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit propsynk.com (the "Site") or join our waitlist. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Information you provide directly:
- Email address when you sign up for our waitlist or contact us
- Name and message content if you reach out via email

Information collected automatically:
- Usage data (pages visited, time on site, referring URLs)
- Device and browser information
- IP address (used for analytics and fraud prevention)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

We do not collect payment information at this stage, as Propsynk is currently in pre-launch waitlist mode.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Send you updates about Propsynk's launch, early access, and product news (only if you joined our waitlist)
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Analyze how the Site is used to improve our product and marketing
- Comply with legal obligations
- Prevent fraud and abuse

We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails unrelated to Propsynk, and we will not sell your email address to third parties.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site and delivering services (e.g., email delivery, analytics, database hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.

Business transfers: If Propsynk is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our current third-party processors include Notion (waitlist data storage) and Vercel (hosting and analytics).

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and waitlist information for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and notify you at launch. If you request removal from the waitlist, we will delete your information within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

- Analytics cookies: To understand how visitors interact with our Site (via Vercel Analytics)
